    Hi
Thanks for providing the online instructions
I bought one of these last week, followed instructions, charges the unit, used it for some test runs, then checked video files on my pc, (they were fine). I then took TF card out, left the unit charging overnight as per instructions.
However, next day I took the unit off charge, turned power switch off, inserted Tf card, turned power switch on, then used remote button A to turn onto standby mode - the unit powered on, both blue and red light, then blue light turns off, but red light stays on and unit is vibrating. Keeps on doing this until I switch the power switch to off, which cuts power to the unit. I switch the power switch back on, use the A button on remote to set to standby, same thing happens again. While the red light is on continuously, and buzzing, the unit does not respond to any remote control buttons
Any idea on what has gone wrong here?
    Thanks

Maybe it is the wrong sd card. Make sure you formatted the sd card before using. if the card still cannot be read, please replace it with a new one. A SDHC Class 10 Micro SD Card is recommended.

ALL button works fine, except the button to record 1080p. I tried pressing the c 3 seconds, but I get only images. I even tried pressing the C button 5 seconds, you still have only got the photo. Can you help me. thank you

    Responder
    • wiseupshop

Thanks for your long waiting, press the Button C once, and the camera will take a photo; to record 1080P video, just pressing the Button C for 3 seconds is enough, and the red indicator light will flash twice and then turn off during the whole video recording process. Please pay attention to the change of the indicator when you press the Button C.

Hi, I have been using for months and all the while it works fine. But today when I try to record videos, no image shown and the file size for a 5-min video is only 4MB+, much smaller than what it should be which is 700-800+MB. Do you know what is the problem? Thank you.
