1. How many days do you accept for return and refund?

2. How many years warranty for your selling items? When will the warranty will be started?

24 Months Free Warranty for Complete/Compact Products or Kits; 12 Months Free Warranty for Accessories or Parts. The warranty will start from the date of delivery. You will get free replacement or repair under this free warranty coverage, return shipping cost will be credited to your account as well. Note: This Free Warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse, misuse, negligence, improper voltage supply, unauthorized repair, modification, alteration or lightning strikes.

3. How do I start a return?
